What's new.

JUL 19, 2026v1.14.0

The receipts got bigger โ€” and got a link

  • Tap any proof pic โ€” the one pinned on the card or any picture in the comments โ€” and it opens full-screen. No more squinting at a postage stamp trying to decide if that's really a finished marathon or a screenshot of someone else's watch.
  • Creators can now slap a "See it live ๐Ÿ”—" button on the receipts. Shipped the app? Deployed the site? Ran the run? Drop the link and let the jury click for themselves.
  • Links are https-only and the button never shows the raw URL. Your proof, not your pasted chaos.
JUL 16, 2026v1.13.1

The receipts are now tamper-proof

  • Same-day housekeeping on pics-in-comments: the server now double-checks that every attached image actually lives in our own storage โ€” uploaded through the front door, size-checked, the works. No sneaking in pictures hosted somewhere shady.
  • Better yet, once a pic is on a comment it can't quietly change afterwards. What the group saw is what the group keeps seeing. Receipts should behave like receipts.
  • You will notice exactly nothing. That's the review we were hoping for.
JUL 16, 2026v1.13.0

Pics or it didn't happen

  • Comments can now carry receipts: attach a photo, a screenshot, or a reaction gif straight from your phone. One tap on the new button next to the message box, and your proof (or your mockery) is on the record.
  • Gifs stay animated โ€” we don't flatten your perfectly chosen loop. Photos get shrunk down before upload so nobody's data plan files a complaint.
  • An image can be the whole comment. Sometimes there are no words, only a gif of a man falling off a treadmill.
JUL 14, 2026v1.12.0

We're timing ourselves now

  • The site now keeps score on its own loading speed โ€” real numbers from real visits, not vibes. If the countdown page ever starts feeling sluggish, we'll know before you can type "is it just me?"
  • It watches routes, not you: no names, no claims, no links. Just "how fast did the page show up" โ€” which, frankly, is the only question we want answered.
JUL 14, 2026v1.11.2

Housekeeping nobody will notice (that's the point)

  • If something breaks now, we actually hear about it instead of finding out from your group chat. Error reporting is live โ€” and no, it never sees your name, your comments, or your links. We checked. Twice.
  • Link previews got sturdier: if the database sneezes at the exact moment a chat app asks for a preview card, it now gets the mysterious "Somebody made a bold claim." card instead of a blank error. Intrigue > breakage.
  • The rate limiter's little notebook of who-asked-for-what now tears out old pages instead of hoarding them forever. Riveting stuff. Your scroll finger is safe.
JUL 14, 2026v1.11.1

The bouncer showed up for work

  • There's always been a doorman script ready to tell anyone hammering the site "Easy there โ€” too many requests. Give it a minute." As of today he's actually on shift: the rate limiter is wired up to a real store instead of waving everyone through.
  • Normal humans will never meet him. Scripts refreshing 200 times a minute absolutely will.
  • Everything also moved into the same neighbourhood as the database (Frankfurt), so pages come back a beat quicker. You didn't imagine it.
JUL 13, 2026v1.11.0

Releases have numbers now

  • Every release wears a proper version number โ€” semver, like the grown-ups do. Features bump the middle, fixes bump the end. You're reading v1.11.0.
  • History got numbered too: the flag era was 0.1.0, the big rebrand earned 1.0.0, and everything since falls in line.
  • The finished demo cards finally show their "saw it" count like the live ones do โ€” and Dee's sugar disaster now flexes all four reaction chips. The demo's whole job is showing off; now it does.
JUL 12, 2026v1.10.1

The emoji chips got their own row

  • The new deadline text was elbowing the reaction chips onto a second line on phones. Not anymore: chips get the whole top row of the footer, the date and view count share a tidy line underneath.
  • Bonus: with the extra room, cards now show up to four reactions instead of three โ€” and on a screen too small for four, the row quietly trims itself rather than wrapping. One line. Always.
JUL 12, 2026v1.10.0

Deadlines on the receipts, wobble for everyone

  • Homepage cards now admit when the deadline is โ€” "ends Jul 18" while there's still hope, "ended Jul 5" once history has ruled. No more squinting at a finished card wondering when it all went down.
  • The demo cards' emoji chips have shaken when poked since day one. Your real cards were just standing there. Fixed: every chip wobbles now, and on real cards it still counts your +1 too.
JUL 12, 2026v1.9.0

The homepage learned to tell time (and faces)

  • Homepage cards now show when the call was made โ€” "Jordan ยท 2h" means Jordan said it two hours ago, same as on the goal page. The countdown boxes were already doing the time-left job just fine.
  • Your emoji face made it to the homepage cards too. The initials had a good run.
  • On bigger screens the goal page stretched out: the claim and the clock now get just as much room as the peanut gallery.
JUL 12, 2026v1.8.0

The link preview got a glow-up

  • Drop a claim in the group chat and the preview card now opens with who called it โ€” emoji face and all. Credit where credit is due (or blame, depending).
  • The category badge went from whisper to billboard: solid color, readable even at smug-little-chat-bubble size.
  • The countdown corner now shows the actual deadline date too, so a week-old share can't lie to you about how many days are left.
JUL 11, 2026v1.7.0

Small stuff you kept tripping over

  • The goal page finally has a way home โ€” the wordmark up top takes you back. You were never actually trapped, but it sure felt like it.
  • Your emoji face now sticks to your comments and your claims. Initials were fine; your ๐Ÿฆ„ is better.
  • Tap "x views" and get an actual chart: dots, days, a soft glow of a fill, and the busiest day flexing its number.
  • Dark/light toggle now shows up on the changelog, privacy, and new-claim pages too. Consistency: it's a thing now.
JUL 11, 2026v1.6.0

Your cards caught up with the demo

  • Live goals on the homepage now wear the full countdown โ€” days, hours, minutes, seconds, ticking guilt.
  • Real reaction chips on every card. Tap one to pile on another ๐Ÿ”ฅ without even opening the goal.
  • "8 watching" grew up into "8 saw it" โ€” a real number now, receipts included. The demo cards say it too.
JUL 11, 2026v1.5.0

The front page knows you now

  • Once you've called something โ€” or opened a friend's link โ€” the homepage swaps the demo cards for the real thing: YOUR CALLS and WATCHING, receipts included.
  • Swipe a watched call away (there's an Undo, relax) or swipe right to pin the drama you refuse to miss. Your own calls can't be swiped into denial.
  • It all lives on your device. No account, no cloud, same as everything else here.
  • And credit where it's due: this one was Calory's call. They called it, we delivered. ๐Ÿ†
JUL 10, 2026v1.4.2

No takebacks means no takebacks

  • A verdict is final the microsecond it locks โ€” two browsers racing the clock can't flip it anymore, and no vote sneaks in as the gavel falls.
  • Browsers in witness protection (cookies fully blocked) get the page instead of an apology screen โ€” votes and comments work for the visit, they just don't remember you tomorrow.
JUL 10, 2026v1.4.1

One thing moves

  • Each scene now animates exactly one thing โ€” the pencil, the brush, the blinking cursor. Your eye goes straight to it.
  • The paint stroke, the ink line, and the code hold still like they're supposed to. Finished work doesn't fidget.
JUL 10, 2026v1.4.0

Ten kinds of big talk

  • Five new claim categories: Money, Food, Travel, Quit it, and Sports โ€” because your bad predictions deserve better labels.
  • Every category now has its own little animated scene. Yes, even "Other". Especially "Other".
  • Type "no more takeout" and the form files it under Quit it before you can chicken out.
JUL 10, 2026v1.3.1

Sweating the small stuff

  • Pick a category on the claim form and its little scene animates a preview โ€” no more surprises.
  • Fat-finger friendly: every tiny button now has a proper thumb-sized tap area.
  • Goal pages show a skeleton while they load instead of a blank stare.
  • Screen readers now hear which comment a react button belongs to, not just "react" six times.
  • If a page trips over itself, the sorry-screen looks like us and offers a retry.
JUL 9, 2026v1.3.0

The gavel drops itself

  • Verdicts lock themselves now: when time runs out, the majority rules โ€” no button, no mercy.
  • Nobody voted? The clock parks at 00:00:00 and the creator gets to call it themselves. Scout's honor.
  • The demo cards on the front page wink back โ€” poke an emoji and it shakes.
  • The logo stopped changing sizes between pages, and 'Sam ยท 2d' stays on one line on your phone.
JUL 9, 2026v1.2.1

Reads better in the daylight

  • Light mode finally got its contrast sorted โ€” the verdict, the badges, and the believe/doubt buttons are legible now, not just vibes.
  • Long, rambling, no-spaces goal titles stay inside the lines on your phone.
  • Copy-link owns up when your browser blocks the clipboard, instead of pretending it worked.
  • Quieter plumbing: tighter limits on spam and locked-down photo uploads, so the group chat stays the group chat.
JUL 5, 2026v1.2.0

The jury is in session

  • The jury: believe ๐Ÿ™Œ or doubt ๐Ÿงข while the clock is still running โ€” change your vote until the deadline, then find out who read the room.
  • The receipts: tap the animation card to flip it; creators can pin a progress pic ๐Ÿ“ธ.
  • See who's watching โ€” real faces on the page, not just a number.
  • Comments glow on hover and long chats fold up sooner.
  • This page, the privacy page, and a back-to-top button for the long scrolls.
JUL 4, 2026v1.1.0

A face and a pulse

  • We have a logo: the little bubble that always delivers.
  • Share menu โ€” straight to WhatsApp, X, or the copy button.
  • Zone mode: take a goal fullscreen.
  • Verdict screens got a heartbeat: bumping timers, wiggling buttons, and the celebration replays every visit.
  • LIVE pulses; settled goals read ๐Ÿ† CALLED IT or ๐ŸŒฎ BLEW IT at a glance.
JUL 3, 2026v1.0.0

Called it.

  • Big Flag grew up and rebranded: dark, flat, violet, fast.
  • New landing, claim form, goal page, verdict, and name picker.
  • Links pasted in the chat unfurl into a proper poster.
JUNE 2026v0.1.0

The flag era ๐Ÿšฉ

  • Goals with deadlines and shareable links โ€” no accounts, ever.
  • Live countdown, reactions, comment threads, verdict votes, and confetti where deserved.
